Investors have the choice of investing with us for a share of an SDA home in our TIC (tenants in common) or owning an SDA home outright under our Done4U "white glove" service where we identify the best location, secure a site and appoint and manage the builder to completion.

Target the top 1% of high demand locations

Research in the SDA market is notoriously lacking. The quality of the NDIS demand data is limited. SDA Data was founded on solving this problem and we did. Lenders, financiers, investors, SDA providers and others have purchased our data to help them determine if there is unmet demand in a target location. 

We are not only able to identify areas with solid demand and low supply, but we are also able to determine the very best locations based on the ratio of demand in an area to the corresponding supply to meet this demand. The higher the demand-supply ratio, the greater the relative demand. In other words, we can pick the best of the best and not just great locations for SDA investments.

Update - we no longer actively sell our data and it now remains solely for the benefit of our co-investors and ourselves.
